Chapter 7: Be, Do, Have: The Power of Causing an Effect

One of the most profound concepts in manifesting wealth, success, or anything you desire is understanding the principle of Be, Do, Have.
At first glance, many people mistakenly approach this the wrong way.
They believe that if they have something—like money, a partner, or success—then they can finally do what successful or happy people do, and only then will they be happy, wealthy, or fulfilled. But this is backwards.

To truly create the life you want, you must first be the person you wish to become. You must embody the state of wealth, happiness, or love before any physical evidence of it shows up in your life.
This is the key to manifesting what you want, and it’s something that the vast majority of people get wrong.

Dr. Joe Dispenza explains this perfectly when he talks about the difference between "cause and effect" versus "causing an effect."
Most people live by cause and effect—they wait for something external (outside of them) to happen before they feel a certain way inside.
They think, "When I get money, I’ll feel empowered," or "When I meet the right partner, I’ll finally feel loved." But this way of thinking keeps them stuck, always waiting for something outside of themselves to change how they feel inside.

In contrast, the Quantum model teaches that you must cause an effect.
In other words, you must first feel empowered for money to flow to you, feel loved before your partner arrives, and feel whole before your healing begins.
When you generate these feelings within yourself first, your external reality begins to reflect that state of being.
This is not just philosophy—this is a scientifically proven principle known as The Law of Reversibility, which states that if a physical fact can produce a psychological state, then psychological states can produce physical outcomes.
It’s the foundation of both the Law of Assumption and the Law of Attraction.

To break it down: most people live by the mindset of "If I have X, then I will do Y, and then I’ll be Z."
For example, someone might say, "If I have a partner, then I’ll do the things happy couples do, and then I’ll be happy."
But in reality, this approach puts all the power in the outside world and leaves you in a perpetual state of waiting for life to happen to you.

The truth is, the order is reversed: you must first BE, then DO, then HAVE.

Let’s take that same example and reverse it.
If you first become someone who is already whole and loved in your mind, then you will do the things that a happy, loved person does—things like taking care of yourself, being open, kind, and confident.
And when you embody that energy, you will naturally have the love you desire, because you’ve already become the person who attracts it.
You already are a person who a partner will want a relationship with. 

This is the essence of Be, Do, Have.
It’s about aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions (your psychological state) with the reality you want to experience before it ever shows up in your physical life.
This shift in thinking is what separates those who struggle from those who manifest their dreams effortlessly.

How the 99% Get It Wrong

Most people never get past the first step because they’re trying to have something in order to be something. They spend their whole lives waiting for the world to change so they can feel good inside.
But when you reverse the order, you take back control.
By being the person you want to be now, you are shifting your internal state and causing the external world to mirror that change.
This is how manifestation works—and why the 99% who get it wrong remain stuck.
